Salzburg Region, Austria

Austria is one of the places that people often say that they would love to visit.  It is one of the places that I feel exceeds your expectations when you finally see it.  It really is amazingly beautiful!  The Alps are MAJESTIC.  The lake district is stunning.  The rolling green hills below the towering white capped mountains are truly a visual feast.  Austria doesn't just have a pocket of beauty, the whole country is amazing.  

We have been through Austria a number of times through the years and I never tire of returning.  I don't think it is possible to get tired of this intriguing country.

I am not a professional photographer and so it is even more stunning in real life.  I will try to keep my comments to a minimum so you can enjoy the picture painting 1000 words.
