St Johns, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada

This is such a charming and colorful Canadian city.  We loved our one day here.  It was a cruise destination on our cruise from Dover, England to New York.  One of my favorite parts was the view from the ship as we approached the harbor and port.  Look at all of these picturesque homes and lighthouses.

The city is very charming and has a laid back upscale artsy vibe.  There is plenty to see on foot as you walk around the beautiful town.

One of the main attractions in town is the Johnson Geo Center.  If you are a space lover this is a place you won't want to miss.

One of our favorite things to do in a foreign place is to get a haircut at a local barber.  You can learn a lot about a place by listening to the local talk.  This barber shoppe was full of history and almost a museum.

I hope we pass this way again!!  Farewell, St. John!
