Grenada is a beautiful Island with a great variety of things to see and experience and smell. Many of the aromatic spices that we use in our kitchens are grown on this beautiful island. We visited a chocolate company museum in the town and they had a great display of how chocolate goes from being a slimy seed inside of a fruit to the chocolate that we all know and love. Grenada is pronounced Gren- a (long A)- Duh. They like to be seen differently from the place in Europe.
The sea views on this island are easy to find and very Beautiful
Of the 45 beaches around this island the locals will say that their most beautiful is Grand Anse beach. We enjoyed our beach time here and recommend a visit if you love blue water and white sand.

We visited a National Park where we saw the trees that grow the spices we love and beautiful jungle scenes. We did not see the Mona Monkeys but others reported seeing some especially if you bring some bananas with you. They also are good at stealing cell phones etc. from tourists:)
