Agrigento Area Sicily, Italy

Sicily, a large island that is part of Italy, has been ruled by many civilizations throughout history.  As a result there are many different kinds of ruins on the island.  Agrigento is a treasure trove of great historical ruins from many civilizations. This first picture is the Turkish Steps and some of the other ruins are from the Valley of the Temples.
