I have been to this port city a number of times and found it to be a typical Mexican port town with some charm. The beaches are lackluster and the vendors on the beach are quite persistent and so if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy peace and quiet you might want to choose another location. The city itself is full of shoppes with the traditional Mexican wares that are sold all around Mexico. The weather is warm and the locals are friendly.
In the past 20 years my Husband, David and I have followed our love of traveling to visit over 60 countries. My goal is to visit a total of 100 by the time I turn 100.
